of training in Land Desktop and Civil Design. Project Management, Point
Management and manipulation, line work and labeling. Parcels are covered, as
well as terrain modeling. Civil Design topics include site grading with the new
grading object, earthworks volume calculations and road and corridor design.

Course Objectives
These courses are designed to provide experienced AutoCAD users with an
introduction to the Autodesk Land Desktop and Civil Design. Students will,
through a series of lectures by an experienced Autodesk Certified Instructor and
hands-on classroom exercises learn the basic concepts and essential features for
these powerful programs.
Prerequisites
- Thorough understanding of basic AutoCAD 200x commands and features
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Familiarity with the Windows OS environment
- Basic knowledge of drafting techniques and geometry
